2. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

Note: Change of mind returns do not apply to:

4. Warranty Claims
All diffusers include a 12-month warranty covering:
- Electrical failures
- Manufacturing defects
- Non-functional components
Excludes:
• Water/mineral damage from improper use
• Physical damage (drops, impacts)
• Use of non-approved essential oils causing clogs
