Refund and Returns Policy

1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees​

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to:

​2. Change of Mind Returns​

  • Proof of purchase provided (order number/receipt)
  • ​Return shipping costs​​ are covered by the customer
  • Refund issued via original payment method within ​​7 business days​​ of receiving the item

Note: Change of mind returns do not apply to:
• Gift cards
• Items damaged after delivery

​3. Faulty/Damaged Product Returns​

If your diffuser arrives damaged or defective:

​4. Warranty Claims​

All diffusers include a ​​12-month warranty​​ covering:

  • Electrical failures
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Non-functional components

Excludes:
• Water/mineral damage from improper use
• Physical damage (drops, impacts)
• Use of non-approved essential oils causing clogs
